This Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) offering is designed to support operators in ensuring the integrity of critical infrastructure in a continuous and proactive manner instead of taking reactive measures after issues arise.
The Nanometrics Structural Integrity Monitoring service provides a comprehensive understanding of the impact of seismic activity, cumulative ground motions and environmental factors on critical infrastructure. It delivers early notification of potentially damaging ground motions, real-time insights into the effects of ground motions on infrastructure, and proactive detection of structural changes and potential integrity risks. A wide range of critical assets can be monitored with the service, including power generation facilities, tailings dams, public and civil infrastructure and more.
This latest release is focused on seamlessly integrating essential seismic data with customers’ existing workflows and providing unparalleled insights. The new feature set includes:
- Public API to effortlessly connect rich passive seismic data products directly into operators’ preferred tools, platforms and processes, eliminating data silos and enabling informed decision-making
- Expanded language support and local time zone settings to ensure critical information is clear and actionable for users, wherever they are located
- Robust ground motion catalogue access to enable proactive identification of trends and longer-developing processes that could affect infrastructure
- Sneak peek at the new Blast Monitoring data product being developed to give even deeper insights into operations and assets
